This is day 2. Their feet are sure getting big. They are starting to get creepy looking. Dont ya think?
Day 3... look how many feathers they have now! I need to take them out of their tub. This one was trying to escape... gutsy thing.

Minnesota seasons

Its a difference of 4 days! Thats all. 4 days. From blowing snow, to laying 2x4's so that we can walk to the cars. Usually we would park the cars closer to the house, but we just get them stuck now. Its so wet. Its crazy. This morning when I left for work, I heard birds singing! Its so official! Spring is here!!! Finally. Ill gladly take the 2x4 walkway, and the wet, and the mud. And even the overly anxious children. Welcome Spring!!

Honor Roll!
Congratulations to my honor student... She did it again! I always knew she had it in her. All the fighting, grounding, bargaining, and threatening to pull out hair (mostly my own)paid off. I said..."Just give it a try. Hand in your homework. Lets see if Im right. If Im wrong... Ill shut up." I guess the promise of shutting me up is what did her in... 3 semesters in a row. Im so proud of her. Way to go Danibelle!!
P.S She earned an A in algebra!!!

Frog Repellant!
Yes mom your right... kind of. Yes to baby chicks...no to worms.
This one will grow up to be white.
These ones will be white too.
This one will be a really pretty black and white one. We got 9 chickens. I let Mr. T do the ordering and he kinda messed up by one. We planned to get 10. Whoops. We also couldnt resist these little guys...
They were the only 2 left. And Mr. T immediately decided they were lonely and we had to bring them home. Which of course resulted in buying 2 tubs, and 2 waterers, of course.( I know they are a litte tall for this tub... (the one I bought) So I put them in a rubbermaid box...)
He was thrilled! He told every person in the store, his sister got chickens, but he got ducks!! He sang to them the whole way home. (So they could be friends). When we first moved out here Marky Poo wanted chickens and I said No Way!! but, look how cute they are... and he pointed out they would keep the frogs away if we let them run wild... Hmm.. chickens or frogs? Not a big choice for me here....Now he wants geese! UGH! I hope I can put him off on that one. Those things are big...

Monkey Hunting...

Yep, we are planning another monkey hunt. For either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. If I know Tylens Little Buddy, and I think I do, we will probably be going both times. Little Buddy will be coming home with Tylen after school today to "take a sleep over."Tomorrow is a vacation day for the kindergartners. So we are going on a monkey hunt... Gonna be fun, too bad you weren't coming along. Ill be bringing my camera and the boys will be bringing thier play guns. We are going to go deep into the jungle to see what we can see. At this time of the year, the monkeys are usually in warmer areas of Minnesota, but there are a few brave tough ones here in the northern regions... I hope to at least see a couple. We will be looking high up in the trees, maybe well see a couple porcupines along the way. We are also going to be looking for any "snow caves" on the ground. Looking on the ground may also help us to see any deer antlers that may be hiding there.
Tonight, when the deer come to the yard. Little buddy will be so terribly excited, he probably wont sleep, he will probably talk our ears off. He LOVES anything to do with deer hunting. And deer play a big part in that. I can hardly wait to see his face lite up. Gonna be a blast...Well, I'm off, I have to go to work, then I will need to go to the monkey hunting supply store to pick up a few essentials. I hope to bring you all some good pictures when we get back.
Happy Hunting, Sulli!

Would You Trust this Face!?!
What do ya think? Can she be trusted? With boys? With friends? Some of which are boys??
In town? Without adult supervision? Did I mention the boys? At night? At the movies? She did get on the honor roll all year long...And she has promised to clean the basement spotless in return for a ride to town and back, and money... What do you think? Can she be trusted? With boys? Hmmm...........

Nightmare City...
Good Morning. I hope everyone had a good night. Tylen had a very rough night last night. He had a nightmare that was so bad, he couldnt even talk about it. He just climbed into bed with me and cried himself back to sleep. Poor guy. So I let him sleep in a little longer than usual. But Look hes bright eyed and bushy tailed this morning.

"Yeah! I get to go back to school today!! Yeah!!! I better get ready!" I am so glad he loves school. He knows it is almost April and that is when his teacher comes back to school. He loves her. She is on maternity leave, and he misses her.

I know, you may be getting tired of the deer photos by now. But Im not, so I will keep posting them. These ones were taken about 15 minutes ago. We only had 8 tonight. Last night we had 10, and 3 of them bedded down right near that birch tree in the back ground. They are coming over by way of that swamp behind them. They are looking a little reddish to me. It is spring, so wont there be some fawns born soon? None of these deer look as if they are pregnant. Dont they get big bellys?
This is the first group that came tonight.See how they take turns? One eats while the others are on the look out. We have one deer that comes and thinks s/he owns the joint. And doesnt let any of the others eat while s/he is here.
Heres a couple hiding out, scoping things out. Looking for the big bad bully deer. They are the little ones. Yearlings.
Here s/he is. That meany. S/he wouldnt let one other one eat. Not even the yearlings that came in with it. That little building in the foreground is our dog house. These deer are about 15 to 20 feet from our dining room window. Im really glad we dont have a dog.

"More Awesomer than a Volcano!!"
Tonight was hair cutting night for Mr. Tylen. I do that myself, for now. Its pretty easy to do since his hair mostly grows just on top. As I was cutting away, he made sure to let me know he expected a "cool haircut this time." He wanted a Mohawk. Thats right, I said a MOHAWK. I persuaded him to wait until summer time for a haircut like that. (School will be out..ha ha ha) But he still insisted on a "cool haircut" I promised him when he was done with his bath, I would sculpt his hair into a "volcano". I gave it my best shot...
He is making his baddest face he can... to make it look more tough I think, trying to convince himself maybe...
Here hes adding hand motions to emphasize how tough he is... his bad ass haircut...
This is Tylen proclaiming " Whoa mom! This is much more awesomer than a volcano! Its a fire haircut! Cool!"
Now I ask you... what the heck does a volcano look like!?!

A Hunting Story...
Skip at http://huntersfishermenliars-skip.blogspot.com/ posted a hunting story today, and I thought I would share a hunting story as well. Its a good day for it since, skips blog sort of explains why my hunting story went bad...lol.

Here are a couple of the deer that came to visit last night. Look closely at that deer with her head held high. Shes a strong deer, she stands out from a crowd. She is not deterred by adversity. She is a survivor. I saw her last night for the first time in two years. When I got a good look at her, my heart started pumping, my legs started quivering and I ran to get Danibelle, told her to take a good look at that deer. I ran to get my camera. She was still there when Danibelle and the camera showed up. Now I am showing her to you.
Let me tell you about the first time I saw her. It was November 2006. Danibelle and I were dressed in our best blaze orange. Danibelle holding her new shotgun. I with my beloved .44. Danibelle was getting restless. Its hard to concentrate when you can watch your own breath freeze in mid air right in front of your eyes. Which is exactly what she was doing when she looked up and saw her. Danibelle waved her fingers to let me know what she saw. I gave Danibelle the go ahead. "Shoot her" I whispered. Danibelle nodded her head. "Ok" then looked at me and her eyes got huge, she started to uncontrollably shake her head no.... "Mom, you do it. please."
There wasn't time to argue about it, Danibelle was unable to even raise her gun. So I raised mine, aimed, and fired. She went down. Then I thought I would show off for first time hunter danibelle and I tried to get the does friend too. How cool is that to get 2 deer at once? Especially in front of Danibelle. Bad idea. I missed the second one and the second rifle shot scared the first Doe into action and off she ran.
I was terrified I had only wounded the deer, and the poor thing was running around with a bullet inside of it. I called MarkyPoo to come help us track it. While waiting for him, I explained to Danibelle why we needed to track this deer. I showed her the area where the deer was hit... We looked at fur and blood. I told danibelle. MarkyPoo will find her. and then we will shoot her again and kill her this time. Its not nice to leave an animal wounded. Especially wounded by us.
We never did find the deer. MarkyPoo assured us, that we probably hit it good enough to kill it. Its probably laying in the swamp he said. It will die. Which was another bummer, because I shot it. I wanted to be able to claim it. I do not go around shooting animals just because I wanted to. I shoot to eat them. (or protect my children from them)
So I spent the next year going over the scene again and again. What did I do wrong? What could I have done better? I lectured Danibelle about never never taking a shot unless you are one hundred percent sure of it. I read hunting magazines the whole year. I watched hunting television programs. This was never going to happen to me again. If I could help it any way.
I practiced shooting the guns, and my new bow. I am a much better shot now, I dont miss my target like I used to. I did everything I could think of to make sure this wouldnt happen again.
And now last night. This doe shows up at my house. Did you look closely at her? She has only three legs. Could it be the same one? Could Markypoo have been wrong? Could that doe have survived not only that hunting season but the next as well? And could she have come to visit at my house?
The moral of the story? Never Never Never take the shot unless it WILL undoubtedly kill the animal? that's true, but not what I had in mind... here it is. Never Never Never attempt to show off while holding a gun of any kind. (especially in front of young impressionable teenagers)

Some of My favorite things...
Yesterday Patty at Morning Ramble had asked about favorite things. I tried to make a list for you all, but, I had to limit myself. I gave myself a huge limit, but I could not fit everything in. My house is my absolute favorite thing! You all do not have the time and I do not have time to show you my georgeous hardwood floors, the charming wooden window shutters, you curved ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms...etc etc etc. So for now, here are a few of my favorite things... I hope you enjoy them too.
I Love this table, It belonged to my grandma. Grandpa gave it to her on thier 15th wedding anniversary.
I Love the convenience my crock pot offers....
I LOVE this doll, my aunt made it for my daughter when she was 4, it came with a matching dress for my daughter. So cute!!
I love this stained glass picture. It was a house warming gift from a friend.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE my espresso machine! Yummy!
I love my beautiful staircase with oak bannisters!
I love to see my family playing together... did ya know marky poo could hula?
I love... breaking rules (sometimes)...
I love walks in the woods.
I love mamas boys!Posted by sulli at 3:43 PM 5 fabulous folks said...
Home coming...
Patty at Morning Ramble asked to see her readers favorite things... I plan a nice long list for you all tomarrow, but I couldnt even think about the things I love with out reposting this...
Here is the house my husband and I bought this summer.(The middle one) For me, it was love at first sight. I was ready to buy it before even entering the front door. But mark says that is no way to purchase a home, we had to inspect it. Again, before leaving the entry way going in to istpect it I said ok, sold! But apparently there are more important things than that beautiful staircase with oak banisters. Thats what mark says anyway. I totally disagree, the staircase did it for me. I REALLY loved this house. I hadnt even walked into the house and I was planning Christmas dinners, Easter egg hunts, Halloween parties, etc. I could see our family enjoying a whole lot of holidays in that house. I could even see grandchildren in there! I am only 35 years old, grandchildren are still a ways away. So, now that we found the house, Posted by sulli at 2:30 PM 4 fabulous folks said...

The interview...
The interview went well I think. I cant even remember my answers to most of the questions. But she told me I interviewed well, and I didn't need to worry and that she would be calling me in about a week or so. I understood that to mean that I would probably be offered the job. I was so excited about it I went out and bought a set of scrubs. LOL! Maybe I am jumping the gun, but I will need them for school anyway or I could just take them back. I just don't want to have to come up with a whole supply of them at once. I have a while before I know for sure. The classes are not going to start until April 14th. They will last for 3 weeks, then after that I would start working. I am getting really excited to get this going. It feels as if we have made the right decision. I don't know about the actual work of a CNA, but I do know that it pays more than I am getting right now, and after 60 days it offers medical, dental and vision insurance. 401k. You know real job grown up things. Also, get this.... I'm so excited I can hardly type... but I only HAVE to work every other weekend. It sounds good to me.

A blah morning...
Definately a dreary looking day in the neighborhood today. But the temp is promising. Already a balmy 31 degrees. The radio carries a promise of a temperature increase of at least 10 degrees, but personally I feel that if I were to hold my breath on that promise I would probably turn an awful shade of blue long before I see the 41 degrees. This morning I woke up with visions of open windows, spring cleaning, garden planning... all those hopes and dreams are kind of on hold. I am attempting to take care of Mt. Laundry, but wishing I were using a clothesline... I did the dishes this morning wishing I were washing windows... Nothing seems to be working out quite the way I had planned. Oh well, maybe on next weeks day off...

BIG BEAR!
This is bear. Otherwise known as the puppy formerly called chowder...or cheese. I never did learn how to tell them apart. He is pretty big now. He is as big as his mother was. Bear is only 4 months old. He has his mothers short curly ears...and thats it. He is enthusiastic and loves to be cuddled. He likes long walks, and loves having his hair brushed. He lives with Evie, but he is growing so fast and her strength is not what it used to be. She is going to want us to take him back. I really like petting him because he is so soft, but remember the dinner guests from last night. They would not like bear, not one bit. What is a girl supposed to do?!?
He is kinda cute...for an almost all black dog...
Oh..look at those ears. Its like a short little bob...Thats what we should call him. Bob. He never leaves the yard not anymore, since he was hit by a car. never once has evie been called to come and pick him up from the school. He has outgrown pottying on the floor. (He did it 4 times total.)

Dinner Party...
Mark hosted a dinner party tonight. He invited the guests. He provided dinner. He gave clear directions to our guests so that they would not get lost traveling out here. Wich is easy to do, since every turn brings you to yet another tree. We all had a great time, took a few photos, and enjoyed each others company. I am so proud of him. Who would have thought he would become so civilized during our brief marriage.

I am so hoping for the same opportunities to have these guests over for dinner again in september.

There was an exciting band concert at the hight school last night. heres a shot of miss danika in her spot playing her instrument. Its a sax, the photos kind of suck. I couldnt get close enough without embarrassing the poor child. She embarrasses easily.
Lucky for her, her grandparents made the 250 mile trip to watch the amazing concert. Or maybe they just traveled all that way to see miss danika perform in all her glory. Danika debuted a new instrument last night... the chimes! it was so exciting... tylen and I almost peed our pants in anticipation... until we saw the chimes...then we almost peed our pants because of the laughter we were trying to hold in. Here see what Im talking about?
See, that big gold thing, kinda looks like a jail cell door? Thats the chimes. see that lump behind it? that lump back there is her head. Ok all laughing aside...the bands did a wonderful job. I have no idea how there can be that many musically talented people in one spot. And of course miss danika was the most talented and most beautiful of the whole night. Even if she was embarrassed to show her grandparents my cruiser...

Snowy walk
The gang was out looking for animal tracks today. Aside from the snow, it was an absolutely georgeous day. Almost makes winter tolerable at this late stage. Almost. But soon its going to be spring... flowers will be popping up, birds will be singing, kids will be playing. I can hardly wait. But for right now, this second, Its a perfect day.
P.S... I almost forgot to give you the animal track report as reported by tylen... we found the tracks of: deer, rabbits, turkeys, squirels, and flamingo. Enjoy your day!

Close Call...
Last summer we had a huge wind storm, it blew down a few trees in our yard. One tree fell to the right of what was our back yard (but now our front yard) If the tree had fallen to its left, it would have landed on our old house. Right on top of Marks and my bedroom. Someone was watching out for us that night. The next morning, Mark went out to cut it and clean up the mess. He had a little trouble cutting it...The tree was laying down. Mark cut the top off first. As he worked his way to the stump, the top of the tree got lighter and the stump heavier.
The tree tipped. Marks chainsaw went up with the tree. It was hanging like this and still running. I came home from work to find Mark, Danika and Tylen staring up at that chainsaw in the tree. Of course by this time the saw had stopped running. A very very funny sight! Mark had to get a ladder to get his saw back.

Hunting Buddies...

This is a photo of Tylen and his buddy Cole. It makes me wishful for spring. I am tired of looking at all this snow. Today it is snowing again. Snowing and blowing. So I look at photos like this one... On the day in the photo, Cole came over to spend the afternoon with Tylen and I. We took a walk down the road because Cole thought the water in the ditches might be a good place to find some ducks. And we were out hunting for places to hunt for ducks. We didnt find any ducks that day but we did find a couple of wild turkeys. So when its turkey hunting season Cole is going to come back and hunt them. He doesnt know that you have to apply for a special permit to hunt turkeys. Tylen really isnt into hunting, but he came along because he didnt want to be left out. Cole is my hunting buddy. He eats, sleeps, and dreams hunting. We have alot of fun.

Gratefulness, part 2
As I said yesterday a friend pointed out to me that perhaps I would enjoy my job a bit more if I were more grateful. So, I am grateful that I have a job, that I am not living on the streets...I am grateful that my boss genuinely appreciates me, and my coworkers are all great. I am grateful for many many things in my life.I am grateful for big reasons, mainly healthy family members and relationships. I am grateful for small reasons, I am grateful I burned my wrist rather than my stomach. And I am grateful for everything in between. I feel that even though I am grateful I am still entitled to want more from my life. And that does not make me selfish or ungrateful. I feel that even though I do realize just how grateful I am, I still am not happy with my job. I do not need to let my temper fly with my friend. I thought that maybe I was a bit angry...I was, but, really there is nothing to be angry about. He was entitled to his opinion, just as I am entitled to mine. I should think more often about the things I am grateful for. And I should spend less time caring what other people think. Anger is useless at this time. Sorry Ally...
"Anger hurts the one who is possessed by it more than the one against whom it is directed." ~Edward Hyde
"Anger makes you smaller, while forgiveness forces you to grow beyond what you were." ~Cherie Carter-Scott
I guess Im still missing my piss and vinegar after all. Damn.

Gratefulness

See this tree? It has Christmas lights on it still. Its way past christmas. I am extremely thankful that I have a tree to hang christmas lights on. I have wanted one my whole life...why am I blogging about a stupid tree you ask? Well let me tell you. Today, I was talking with a friend. He said my unhappiness with my job lately is maybe due to the fact that I "may need to be more gratefull" I respectfully disagreed with him and told him I would think about it, and I have been, and still am. but as of right now, I am a little bit distracted, well I have been smelling something all day...what could it be?..Oh Lordy Lordy Lordy... I think I may have found my lost piss and vinegar.
More on this subject later... but first let me apologize to myself. I maybe might have to let my temper fly...through no choice of mine, of course.

Sunset Swamp

I want to know what you think of when you see this photo. I call it sunset swamp because its sunset time and its our back swamp. creative huh? I look at the photo and think of sunrise...then I think of that song... its a beautiful day in the neighbor hood, wont you be my neighbor?... then I think of none other than the one and only mister rogers...then I think, did you know last week sometime was mister rogers sweater day? everyone was supposedly encouraged to wear a sweater...then I think about what someone told me the otherday...he said mister rogers was a sniper in the special forces in his younger days, and that his arms had tatoos thats why he wore sweaters. Did ya know that? I like to think that it is true, because how sad would it be if in your whole life the most excitement you ever got was when the mail came? oh wait, maybe Im getting mister rogers and steve from blues clues mixed up...
Any way, its a beautiful day in the neighborhood...enjoy it.

Giddy up pardner...

This is a photo of Tylens buddy Cole helping Tylen up on the wild bronco at thier school cowboy days last spring... I am showing this photo, not just because its adorable, but because Tylen has informed me that when he grows up he is going to be a bull rider. Yes, a bull rider. For those of you who know Tylen, you know this is highly unlikely, for those of you who dont know him well, heres a little secret. Tylen is a little afraid of things. All kinds of things, big things, small things, quiet things, noisy things... you get the idea, anythings. I didnt get excited or anything, I just assumed this was a passing fancy, after all it was crazy hat day coming up soon and he was wearing what he thought was a cowboy hat. Doesnt seem like a huge stretch of imagination to want to be a bull rider when your wearing a cowboy hat. This morning Tylen climbs up on my lap for our morning cuddle and asked me "how much money does a bull rider make?" I told him that I didnt know maybe $50,000. he thought about that for a while then asked, "is that enough to buy a horse?" The child just wants a horse. He doesnt want to climb up on a wild man eating beast. He doesnt want to risk a wild man eating beast sticking Tylen in the ribs with giant sharp horns...He just wants a horse...
Whew... Thank goodnes...I was worried.

Learn something new Tuesdays...

For the first lesson on learn something new tuesday...Bec sent me some info that she feel I should learn a little about... The Hindenburg. She right, I didnt pay attention in school so I really have only heard of the name Hindenburg. Until today, I thought maybe it was a ship. Turns out it was a huge blimp. Who knew!?! Here is what was sent to me. "On May 3rd 1937 the Hindenburg left Frankfurt for Lakehurst. their was 36passengers and 61 crew members . The Hindenhurg was dropping the mooringlines to land when it caught fire at 7:25pm. 13 passengers and 22 crew died as well as one member of the ground crew and two dogs. It was 804 ft long and 135 ft wide The cost of a ticket in 1937 was$400.00 which in the year 2008 would have been $5,900.00 No one knows why the Hindenburg caught fire their are about a dozen or so theories" Ok lets stop here. What a tragic accident. This thing was huge! Ginormous in fact...something had to keep it airborne...lets see what else was in the info Bec sent. Oh look at this..."it was filled with 247,100 pounds ofhydrogen and their was a smoking room!! "
and again..."No one knows why the Hindenburg caught fire their are about a dozen or so theories" As far as I can see, there should be no question as to what happened. Looks to me like two plus two equals four. Someone forgot to put up the no smoking sign.
Herbert Morrison, an eyewitness reporter, stated the now famous words "Oh,the humanity!" as he watched people jumping out of the windows. 38 deaths.
This whole thing reminds me of a famous quote by a brilliant man of our days...
"Heres your sign."
Thanks Bec for the suggestion...

A Job To Do...

See that shorter cupboard? I need it to be a couple inches shorter, and the longer one...I need a few inches narrower. I cant do this job by myself...I wonder who can do this for me? Hmmm. should I hire a carpenter maybe? I just need to fit the fridge in there/Geez I sure wish I knew someone who could do this for me...As soon as this job gets done, I can finish painting the kitchen. That will be so nice to get that done. Ok enough subtle hints...
Today, I am going to go to the college. And finish with the paperwork. Ask a few more questions. Get the ball rolling. That sort of thing. Just as soon as I get done with work. Have a great day all. I will leave you with a photo of "Little Huck." enjoy.

Crazy Hat Day...

Tomarrow is crazy hat day at Tylens school. This is the hat he chose. He was looking for a brown cowboy hat, but this is what he had to have. I tried to talk him into a racoon tail daniel boone hat, but nope. He needed this old man poker playing hat. He looks like he need a cigar in his mouth doesnt he?

In the Ditch!
Today on my way home from work, I hit the ditch... Drove right in. snow up to the middle of the cruisers doors. Dumb dumb dumb. I know that maybe it could have been avoided, but I jerked on the steering wheel. I felt at the time, it was that or plow into the pickup truck and mini van that was headed in my direction. I was fish tailing over the center lane and freaked when I saw the other vehicles, so I yanked on the steering wheel, causing me to spin out and then drive straight into the ditch. I had to call my boss. heres the conversation: me:"I'm in the ditch." boss: "What are you doing there? watching deer?" me:"Yeah, but I dont see any." boss:"Well, keep watching and count them til I get there." me:"ok" Thank goodness for nice guys like that. Just dropped what he was doing to come to my rescue. I was a little surprised that the two vehicles I nearly totaled didnt stop. I remember once when the car in front of me rolled and went into the ditch. I think about that day nearly every morning it snows. I stopped. Now Tylen is more than a little afraid to ride with me. He asked Mark..."Dad, do you think mom is still a good driver?" Crap. Hes already scared of many things, I drive that poor child somewhere every day, hes gonna need to suck it up. Baby. Now, Im gonna force him to go to town with me just to get over his fears. Ill bribe him with a new cowboy hat. Ha ha ha.

TAG!!!
Jettie over at westartandendwithfamily.blogspot.com left a message for me on her blog today...Here it is. < ok, you're it. Page 123, the fifth sentence, and the following two sentences of the nearest book at hand. Put it up on your blog. > So, since the only reading material here on the computer desk was a job application, I ran upstairs to my book shelf, grabbed the nearest book and was relieved to see it did have 123 pages...so here it is:" "I already know what I'm thankful for,"Olivia said. Every year the sullivans went around the table and said what they were thankful for, it was a tradition Allison started when Meghan was a baby. Jim set a thick slice of breast meat on Olivia's plate. "These sentences came from the book The Christmas Blessing by Donna VanLiere. Its like the part two to the book The Christmas Shoes...Love them, I did see this year there was a third but I didnt buy it, sometimes I can be so dumb. Anyway, I'm thinking how nice it is to say the things we are thankful for, I think later I will compile my own list... First of course is and always will be...Family.
Thanks jettie, that was kinda fun... I'm just really glad I didnt grab one of those romance novels someone gave to me...that could have been embarrassing...LOL!

Taco Pizza

I made this for dinner the other night. My picky eater ate his whole dinner that night, so I will be tweaking this a little and making it again. It was so easy, it is just taco meat layered with cheese and tortillas. I served it on lettuce with the normal taco toppings... it was pretty good and had a much easier prep time and clean up than tacos...One of the girls at work shared the recipe with me..I may even make it for the restaraunt one day...we shall see.
